J&F Institute Education Centre, approved by Ministry of Education and by UNESCO. is nonprofit organization, supporting social educational financial resources to maximize opportunities for young people.
Architect Edo Rocha used their skills to project architecture and interior architecture, and technical managing and construction, whit 13,800 m² comprises school, an administrative building, and gymnasium.
The Landscape school with open spaces, design classrooms without doors and with suitable solution ensure that students in one room wouldn’t be distracted to the next class.
Edo Rocha created net zero building with geothermal system for HVAC, enthalpy wheel, free cooling, Under Floor Air HVAC through the floor and E.M.S. reducing energy consumption more than 60%.
Photovoltaic louvers around the entire building producing energy needed for the air conditioning system to operate effectively and reducing the size of the equipment by 35% less than the conventional system.
