Eternity Life Apartments

Eternity Life seamlessly unites spaciousness, eco-excellence, and natural harmony, drawing inspiration from Melbourne's industrial heritage.

Our five buildings feature gable roofs, exemplifying passive design excellence while preserving existing trees, a testament to our ecological commitment encapsulated by the concept 'in the shade of the tree.' We seamlessly weave historical significance into a sustainable present and future guided by the belief that 'nature is eternal.' Achieving a remarkable 7.3-star NatHERS rating through solar power, energy efficiency, and 71% carbon-neutral Simple Laminated Timber (SLT) construction, our architectural marvel marries aesthetics with sustainability.

Beyond the structure, Eternity Life fosters environmental equity, offering a tranquil urban sanctuary, promoting well-being, and extending harmony beyond its boundaries by sharing 50% of its site with the community, with the design having obtained “Land for Wildlife” status.

In summary, Eternity Life embodies quality and natural harmony, offering sustainable spaces that harmonize seamlessly with their environment.

k20 Architecture

We recognize that sustainability is a key initiative not only best applied in the foundation of our projects but also in building communities.

This is why, in k20 Architecture, we aim to transcend the notion of sustainability above and beyond our projects. We do so by carefully considering communities' external facets—their existing economic avenues, social hubs, and environmental landscapes.

Putting economic, social, and environmental sustainability at the forefront, we are able to mindfully craft project designs enhancing inhabitants' and users' living in and outside of our buildings.

Our external-to-internal approach allows us to create establishments that bolster local economies and bridge social communes while enhancing communities' existing natural environments.

In designing with a reflective approach, we prioritize the natural interconnected relationships between nature, buildings, and people—"Buildings shape us, and the environment shapes our buildings."
